Context:

As a result of the Electrical Licensing Committee’s Disciplinary Action, Total Ventilation and Hygiene (TVH) was required to have an independent third-party auditor undertake an audit of safety systems and procedures to ensure compliance with the Electrical with all relevant Acts and Regulations.  

Our Role: 

In partnership with QRMC, our role was to address the requirements of their management system and processes against the legislative requirements. The audit was undertaken as a team, with QRMC providing oversight and risk expertise and Engenuity providing electrical knowledge and experience.  

Key Outcomes:

TVH successfully met the Electrical Licensing Committee’s requirements, satisfying 79 legislative requirements and implementing the improvements nationally across their business. The audit process included a review of documentation, stakeholder interviews and in-field verification to ensure compliance and improve electrical safety across the business.
