Chris Hawley – Managing Director
Chris has almost 20 years of professional experience in the planning, design and construction of mining, industrial and commercial infrastructure projects, as well as auditing and development of risk assessment, asset management planning and safety management strategies.
Chris has worked at the cutting edge of research and development of technological solutions and subsequently as a consultant to advise clients on the best possible solution to their individual needs.

Phil Hawley – Associate
Phil has over 45 years of professional experience in the planning, design and construction of local government projects, initially as an employee of local government for 30 years and subsequently since 1999 in private practice.
Phil is a Fellow of both Engineers Australia and the IPWEA, a member of the Waste Management Association of Australia, is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland.

Mark Lawson – Lead Electrical Engineer
Mark has almost 20 years of professional experience in electrical, control and instrumentation design, construction and commissioning in the hydro generation and mining industries.
Mark’s specialties include HV & LV design, Project Management, PLC & SCADA programming, and Commissioning. Mark has worked on projects in many remote locations in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Chile, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Mauritania, Senegal, South Africa, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Dominican Republic and New Caledonia

Kit Sidwell – Senior Mechanical Engineer
Kit is a Master’s degree-qualified engineer with specialisation in Product Development. His degree combines the disciplines of mechanical engineering and industrial design, with extension into product innovation and management.
Over the years he has gained experience in several industrial fields (including aircraft, hovercraft, surfboard manufacturing, mineral processing, yacht building), working for manufacturing and construction firms as a designer and manufacturer. Kit has worked in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USA in management and technical capacities.
